General Policy

  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Rooms are booked subject to final confirmation
  • Service Voucher must be dispatched by or before the arrival of the guest.
  • Once the meal planned is confirmed, it can’t be changed.
  • Check-in/Check-out time is 8AM.
  • Meal plan will start from the first day breakfast, due to early check-in/check-out time.
  • (Last day breakfast will be considered as Extra Breakfast)

Cancellation Policy

  • Before 01 Month of the arrival dates 01 full day charges.
  • Before 15 days of the arrival dates 50% of the total billing.
  • Before 07 days of the arrival dates 100% of the total cost.
  • Any amendments or cancellation should be informed in advance.
  • No refund for unexpected departures.

Payment Terms

50% of the total bill will be in advance and balance will settle by or before the time of check-out.

“I loved the chutuk height hotel very much. We have stayed at several hotels on the strip but this one is now my favorite. The staff is very friendly, helpful, courteous and nice. The room was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of closet room and lots of hangers. There is beautifull hearthrobing fantastic suru River view.such a beautiful view I ever seen in this area.Iwill be staying there again on my next trip.”

Beautifully located away from the bustle, clean and comfortable, with staff that were obliging with any requests. A few housekeeping chinks but they will get these ironed out. After 3 days and a 10 hr return leg, the comforts of this hotel beckoned and we had a super last evening.”
